1. Digital Goods & Final Sales
All purchases made on this store are final payments for virtual items, digital assets, or server ranks. Because these digital assets are delivered instantly via TxAdmin/Tebex and permanently consumed, no refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Server Bans & Character Wipes
Breaking server rules, catching a ban (whether by staff or anti-cheat), or getting your character killed/wiped via roleplay mechanics does not entitle you to a refund. Server discipline and roleplay outcomes are handled at the sole discretion of the staff team.
3. Economy Resets & Server Changes
We reserve the right to wipe the server economy, re-balance vehicle handling, modify custom script assets, or change VIP perk packages at any time for the health of the server. No refunds or compensations are provided for lost virtual assets due to server wipes or updates.
4. Chargeback Policy
Attempting a chargeback or opening a payment dispute will result in an immediate, permanent ban from our FiveM server and Discord. Your Cfx.re license hash and Steam ID will be permanently blacklisted across our network.
